Refund & Cancellation Policy
At 4C Luxe, every piece of jewellery is crafted with care and precision. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to be transparent while safeguarding the integrity of our handcrafted products.
Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not been processed or dispatched.
- Once an order is confirmed, processed, or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- Custom-made or made-to-order jewellery cannot be cancelled once the design or production process has commenced.
- 4C Luxe reserves the right to cancel an order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, payment failure, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be processed.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are applicable only as per the Return & Buy-Back Policy and the 15-Day Money-Back Policy (for eligible in-stock products).
- Refund requests will be reviewed by 4C Luxe’s Quality Assurance Team upon receipt and inspection of the product.
- Products must be returned in unused, untampered, and original condition along with the original invoice and certificate (if applicable).
- Refunds will be processed only after approval from the quality inspection team.
Refund Method & Timeline
- Approved refunds will be issued via online bank transfer or to the original mode of payment.
- Refund requests will be reviewed by 4C Luxe’s Quality Assurance Team upon receipt and inspection of the product.
- Refunds will be processed within 10–14 working days from the date the returned product is received and approved.
- Any applicable deductions, including return fees, making charges, payment gateway charges, shipping costs, or taxes, will be applied as per policy.

International orders
- Products damaged due to misuse, alteration, or third-party repairs
- Products returned without original certification or documentation
Exchange in Place of Refund
In certain cases, 4C Luxe may offer an exchange or upgrade instead of a refund, subject to eligibility and product condition.
