Shipping Policy Within India
4C Luxe offers complimentary shipping to metro cities across India. For deliveries to remote or non-metro locations, additional shipping charges of up to ₹5,000 may apply. Customers are advised to confirm serviceability by sharing their pincode with us before placing an order.
Delivery timelines for metro cities are typically 1–2 working days from the date of dispatch.
For logistics and insurance purposes, our team may request a valid government-issued identity proof of the recipient. The parcel will be handed over only to the authorised recipient.
Once the order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared. The delivery partner will coordinate the delivery via the registered contact number.
Orders cannot be rerouted or redirected once dispatched from 4C Luxe.
All 4C Luxe products are fully insured during transit until delivery.
Customers are requested to inspect the package thoroughly upon delivery before signing the receipt and accepting the parcel.
In the rare event of loss, damage, or tampering during transit, the issue must be reported to 4C Luxe immediately.
We understand that jewellery is often purchased for special occasions or as a surprise. Please inform us in advance if discreet packaging or special handling is required.
Reverse Pick-Up
If you are unable to drop off your product at a 4C Luxe location, you may request a reverse pick-up service:
- For metro cities, a nominal charge of ₹1,000 applies.
- For remote locations, charges will be based on actual shipping costs, up to ₹5,000.
- Pincode confirmation is mandatory prior to scheduling a reverse pick-up.
International Shipping
4C Luxe ships internationally to select countries including USA, UK, Australia, UAE, Germany, Switzerland, and Canada. Shipping to additional countries is subject to feasibility based on our logistics partners.
- Estimated delivery timelines for international orders are 7–10 working days, depending on the destination.
- A minimum order value of ₹1,00,000 is required for international shipments.
- Secured international shipping charges typically range between USD 175 to USD 300, depending on the destination.
- Customs duties and import taxes (approximately 10%–50%) are applicable as per the destination country’s regulations and must be borne by the customer.
- International orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Once delivered, international orders are not eligible for repairs or alterations.
- All international shipments are secured and insured during transit.
- International orders are shipped via reputed courier partners such as DHL, FedEx, and Aramex.
