Exchange & Buy-Back Policy

1. Return of Product

All 4C Luxe jewellery is handcrafted by skilled artisans using a combination of intricate and specialised techniques. As a result, slight variations in size, finish, or dimensions may occur compared to the images displayed on the website.
Products may be returned or exchanged along with the original solitaire certificate at the current prevailing value, subject to deductions for making charges and applicable taxes.
For products shipped to us for exchange or buy-back, 4C Luxe will charge a nominal shipping fee of 2% of the product value or the actual shipping cost, whichever is lower.
Submission of the original certificate is mandatory. Loss of the certificate will result in a deduction equivalent to the certification cost.
Jewellery that shows any alteration, repair, or modification by a third-party jeweller will not be accepted, and all related benefits will be nullified.
4C Luxe reserves the right to reassess and correct the valuation of the product based on a quality inspection.
A 5% return fee will apply to product returns, along with deductions for payment processing and shipping charges based on actual costs incurred.
A deduction of up to 5% applies to returns made within 15 days for in-stock products.

Credit will be offered at the prevailing market rates as follows:

100% value of metal
90% value of diamonds
Making charges and taxes will be excluded from the exchange value.
The maximum eligible value under this policy is INR 3,00,000.
In case of damage, missing stones, or missing certificates, a proportional deduction will be applied to the exchange value.

80% value of diamonds at the prevailing market price
Any discounts availed at the time of original purchase will be deducted from the buy-back amount.
The maximum buy-back value under this policy is INR 3,00,000.

The 15-day money-back policy is not applicable to custom-made or made-to-order jewellery.
Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase for in-stock products, up to a maximum value of INR 3,00,000.
Refunds are subject to approval by 4C Luxe’s Quality Assurance Team, along with verification of the original invoice and product certificate.
Once approved, refunds will be processed via online bank transfer to the customer’s bank account within two weeks of receiving the product.
Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and untampered. Any deviation will void return eligibility.
4C Luxe reserves the right to refuse unreasonable or excessive return requests.
